One of the highlights was Alfons Schuhbeck’s seminar about wholesome, healthy and delicious food and appropriate consumption. Of course, visitors appreciated the uncovering of some of secrets surrounding spices.
BIZERBA’s General Manager, Martin Arndt, personally demonstrated the technical advancement and leading position of BIZERBA’s tilt slicing and cutting equipment of the „Premium Class“. Highest precision cutting, improved sanitary functions and lowest ever energy consumption were some of the highlights.
To sum it up, retail experts spent five days collection new impressions and
seeing innovations and advancement; it was a unique experience, true to
BIZERBA’s products.
